Great frame, however it comes with a seriously flawed kidney pad. Particularly the release buckle is the source of the problem. YOU WILL BREAK IT in the first few tries to open/close it.
You will need to get aftermarket straps, the kidney for sure.
other than that it's great.
1 star because it broke on the first try. In fact, me and my buddy got one each and we both broke the buckles INSTANTLY. when you get something and it breaks instantly, that's a 1 star product.

ALICE frames are rather basic...this one is good quality, but one of the quick releases opens up sporadically requiring the operator to continually have to press down on it to secure the strap and not have a lopsided pack. I still love the dumb thing.

Don't order this one. It's unbelievably flimsy. I could bend it with my bare (girl) hands. Ugh. Sorry I bought it. Wish I'd ordered something else!!!!
